A key member of the Executive Team, this position will report directly to the Managing Director with a matrix link to Head of Sales for Group. This role is based in the UK with a key presence in the UK office. The breath of this role covers Europe/ Asia and US Markets. The key priority for this position is to support the Group as a client and develop a channel partner strategy in all three territories. The role is responsible for managing the Sales capability worldwide and will be divided 20/ 80 between optimising existing accounts and managing the marketing & business development of new channel partner processes. This position has a full sales & marketing team in place. The role will represent the company at all levels both internally and externally and act as a mentor and expert in all market activities
1. Maintaining the brand's high profile with specific emphasis on developing the Marketing and business strategy. Transition from a direct model to a channel model appropriately.
2. Deliver budgets through up sell in existing clients and new business through channel partners.

Who we're looking for
Commercially driven, strategically inspired with extensive experience ideally in the health advocacy, promotion /software sectors. Has previously sat at leadership team level.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and meet revenue targets
Background in consultative sales in emerging markets or selling/servicing in both public and private sectors. Product/services/sales would be beneficial.
Excellent Negotiation and Contract management skills.
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal/people leadership skills Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels of seniority and also leading, mentoring and driving internal teams to meet their full potential and expectations of the business.
Excellent PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills
