Store Manager

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee all aspects of the running of the store. This includes pushing sales in order to maximise profits, training and developing staff in order to ensure performance and customer service levels are exceeded at all times. It is the managers responsibility to drive sales from the front - leading by example at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring KPI's are met, your store performance will be measured no this and achieving targets. A continuing expansion plan means that as well as personal development, career progression is a real focus for this organisation.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must possess the following:
• A proven track record in driving sales
• Previous experience of store management or be a strong assistant manager
• A passion for delivering first class customer service at all times
• A strong leader and motivator with a "can do" attitude who will lead from the front
