As Bid Manager you will be required to work to a detailed and structured business plan, contributing to the growth of the business, maximising sales performance and profitability and playing a vital role in the Group sales team. You will be required to:
• Establish opportunities to win tender bids.
• Manage the company's key accounts within allocated regions.
• Management of tender bid & pre-contract activities.
• Hand-over and presentation of tender bid to construction team.
•To ensure that all targets and KPI's are met in order to develop and grow the business.
• To generate new business and maintain old relationships successfully.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Bid Manager will be able to demonstrate the skills outlined above. A background within the fit out and/ or new build industry would be beneficial but not essential. Previous employment should be of a similar role as above.
