An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Change Agent operating in a Business Partner role to join major national charity.
You will be an HR interface with Executive Directors and Senior Volunteer Management, with a lead role in helping to deliver the overall business goals ensuring that people issues are at the heart of the change process.
The post-holder will be based in London and expected to work and travel throughout England.
Ideally you would have knowledge of change in a multi-site environment especially where such change has adopted a commercial or market approach.
You will have successfully implemented change within a complex organisational structure and developed long lasting and productive working relationships that ensure sustained change.
Knowledge of working in the not for profit or public sector would be helpful but is not essential.
HR Change Agent
The business is undertaking a major change process with the re-organisation of our training business and the need to carefully and sensitively manage its impact on the rest of the Charity.
To ensure staff feel supported, remain committed and motivated and we continue to deliver our charitable output.
The purpose of the role will be to work in partnership with the Executive Directors and Non-Executive (Volunteer) Managers across St John Ambulance to ensure change aligns with key business objectives.

> Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business in developing hard organisational structures that support emergent operational strategies
> driving forward a co-ordinated and inclusive approach to change management
> Inform the change agenda at appropriate times influencing the business agenda
> Work with various colleagues within the business to ensure a customer focussed commercial and charitable service
> Work with HR Services to ensure successful implementation of new structures examining and looking for best approaches to meet trends in service delivery
> Ensuring the HR needs of change in the business are met in consultation with the appropriate specialists within HR
> Work within the framework of the HR
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within the strategic framework within set objectives.
You will also require excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral, with the ability to relate to employee and volunteer management at all levels.
Have the ability to turn strategic objectives into action and have good interpersonal/stakeholder management skills
Have commitment and enthusiasm, be a self starter and have a values based approach.
