Reporting to the Director of Operations this role will:
• Contribute to the overall strategy of the organisation as a key member of the executive team
• Lead the finance, human & physical resources and IT functions and teams to enable the effective functioning of the organisation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements as well as planning and delivering 'best practice' internal
controls and risk management systems
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a fully qualified finance professional with a proven track-record of working within a respected professional services organisation. You should possess strong communications skills, outstanding analytic abilities and proven project-management experience - with particular reference to change-management around systems and processes. You should be robust, able to stay focussed on the key objectives and maintain the highest levels of integrity at all times.
