The Project Manager will be involved in all stages of the development from pre-construction right the way through to completion. They will coordinate all stages of the design liaising with planners, architects, QS's and over-seeing the contractor. They will also be the main point of contact for the Housing Association and be expected to build and maximise that relationship.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will have the following attributes:
• Project Management (client side experience)
• Programme / Planning Management ability.
• Social Housing experience working with Housing Associations or Local Authority Experience.
• Previous build experience on residential apartment projects up to £40 million.
