My client is currently seeking an Interim HR Assistant for a duration of 5 months. Within this role your responsibilities will be:
To assist in the recruitment, selection and appointment administration and to monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment media
To carry out the formal induction process for all relevant employees, ensuring that all documentation is received, and to be responsible for the administration of required documentation
To be responsible for researching and updating the pay comparison file, using any necessary media.
To assist with the administration of all internal and external training courses
To assist the HR Systems Officer with the processing of HR invoices.
To assist with department photocopying, scanning, distribute faxes, and assist with typing duties, including mail merges.
To assist with administering the HR systems, such as the flexitime system and with the issuing of IDs
To manage and set up meeting rooms, and organise refreshments for meetings with external visitors to HR
To attend HR related meetings and be responsible for taking and typing notes and distributing relevant paperwork.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR administrator ideally CIPD qualified. You will be able to organise and prioritise your work load, demonstrating a high attention to detail. Within this role you will be facing off to all levels of the business therefore you will be demonstrate confidence at dealing with employees across the board and your communication skills will be excellent.
