This is a challenging opportunity for an existing Area Sales Manager to move their careers to the next level by playing a part in driving forward the performance of region. You will be fully versed in sales & coaching techniques and have plenty of exposure to analysing sales & service statistics. Another key to the success of this role will be in your ability to influence and develop relationships.

Who we're looking for
• An Area or Regional Manager from a Financial Services (preferably high street retail banking) with a proven track record in driving performance KPI's.
• Experience of working in a relationship management based role.
• Experience of Business Banking would also be beneficial but not essential.
