As HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting and advising line managers on conditions of employment and HR policies, as well as managing HR casework through to conclusion.
Responsibilities will include;
• Providing line line advise to line managers and employees
• Managing caseworkers through to conclusion for example disciplinary investigations, grievances, absence management and performance management
• Coaching managers on HR policies
• Providing support to various change projects
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for an immediately available and experienced HR professional with a generalist background. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or part qualified. The position will suit an individual with strong communication and project management skills
