A managerial position has been created within with this financial services company heading up their Group internal audit team. Providing technical input into the audit process and ensuring the quality of assurance given whilst managing a team of auditors from trainee's through to seniors.
Design and manage the delivery of the Audit Plan
Technical review of audit files at planning and recommendation stage
Development of audit methodology, approach and procedures
Develop and maintain effective business relationships
Represent the department on major corporate projects
Line manage and develop a team of auditors

Who we're looking for
Internal auditor with relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, IIA, CISA)
Able to inspire and motivate a team with proven results
Proven negotiating, presenting and conflict management skills
Proven ability to deliver audits to a quality standard and in accordance with methodology
Financial Services background preferred
