Top tier Professional Services business based in Birmingham is looking to appoint the key new post of Business Development Manager
Main purpose of the role: As Business Development Manager within our fast growing, international organisation, you will help the firm win new and profitable business.

Key responsibilities: Juggling a number of key projects for your nominated practice group, you will ensure our pitches meet client specification; provide new business development coaching to our partners and lawyers involved in this crucial activity, and play an active role in designing and developing our new business strategy to give the business the competitive advantage.

Who we're looking for
You will have a sound understanding of the business development process, CRM and emerging technologies to win and retain clients. Your experience, gained within the professional services environment, coupled with strong consultative and negotiation skills is key to the success of this role and the future of the firm.

Key competencies: With well honed project management skills, you will have the flair to manage delivery through others coupled with the flexibility/willingness to travel to our other offices as required.
