IT and Telcoms Procurement Category Manager

Your role will involve being responsible for the procurement and sourcing of goods not for resale. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the key stakeholders in the procurement of IT and telecoms goods and services. Whilst developingcategory strategy and negotiating contracts you will be identifying industry best practice and advising internal departments on quality and service standards.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both IT and Telecommunications Procurement including the wider business environment as well as keeping up to date with market category changes. You will be focused on defining and achieving category targets in terms of cost, quality, service level and innovation.
