With a diverse background in boththe public and private sectors, you will oversee a range ofprojects range from occupied affordable housing regeneration together with social and residential housing development through to the delivery of fast track school improvement works and the construction of new educational facilities.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will join a forward thinking, fast growing division and lend yourability, energy and desire to achieveto multi - million pound projects.
Our client is looking for someone who has the desire and drive to be part of a successful team both in the immediacy and in the ongoing future.

Who we're looking for
The Ideal Contracts Manager will possess:
• A proven track record of delivery in both the public and private sectors on multi-million pound projects.
• Thorough knowledge of Social / Affordable Housing.
• Natural leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• A determination and drive to progress their career.
• First class inter-personal and communication skills.
