The Financial Analyst will join a fast-growing business, with a current headcount of ten, based in the Isle of Man and will enjoy a varied and commercial brief.
You will be involved in planning, reporting, and budgeting, preparing financial analysis, and capital expenditure projections. In addition, you will improve the control environment of the team, become involved in compliance review and perform a range of ad hoc tasks.
Formal profile as below:
• Preparation of financial forecast and long and short term planning processes, specially coordinating the input required
for operating and capital expenditure forecast, budget and plan figures as well as being involved in the preparation of
financial plans and presentations.
• Responsible for the provision of cost center and capital expenditure monthly reporting including explanations of
variances to budget and prior year.
• Liaises with the Financial Systems function to continuously improve the quality of internal financial processes and
systems.
• Support other Finance projects as required, i.e. due diligence, transfer price studies and projects.
• Support the revenue recognition process
• Develop monthly reporting packages
• Prepare management presentations

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a have management reporting experience and will be a qualified accountant. Previous exposure to analysis, budgeting and forecasting and capital expenditure control would be ideal. However, applications are also invited from individuals in financial accounting roles or working in practice, seeking their first move into a more commercial role. Full training and support will be provided. A work permit will be applied for should the successful candidate not have the right to work in the UK.
