Job Role
The purpose of this position is to:
Organize and execute the planning process to ensure the right part, in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time is delivered to the customer;
Conduct detailed analyses for recommendations on optimal planning and analyze variances of actual to plan;
Analyze and monitor stocking levels to uphold planned stocking levels;
Develop and execute production plans based on forecasts and inventory guidelines;
Run regular and ad hoc reports;
Review monthly results and provide recommendations for improvement on an ongoing basis.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's Degree Business a quantitative field or equivalent;
Experience in supply chain analysis or supply chain planning;
Expertise in mathematical and statistical analysis and modelling;
Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
Business and product knowledge: understanding of how key events affect product demand, product history and trends;
Technical skills in cause-effect analysis, to understand implications of planning decisions and impact on performance;
Strong organizational skills: project management, goal setting, work planning, meeting facilitation, issues resolution, relationship management;
An understand how plans are generated, reconciled and managed;
Experience with ERP and supply chain systems; SAP preferred;
Proficiency in MS Office products;
English fluency and additional European language(s) an advantage.
