As a Premium Relationship Manager you will be responsible for generating profit by achieving/exceeding individual performance targets. Proactively take steps to grow the business, developing a portfolio of high net worth clients and attracting new business from outside the Group. Lead, manage and coach your Premium Adviser to provide excellent service to customers and support you in achieving objectives by generating quality appointments. Adherence to compliance, credit, operational and key control processes, and regulatory requirements, e.g. Mortgage Conduct of Business, Insurance Conduct of Business.

Who we're looking for
Not necessarily within an FS organisation, you will need:
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Clear credit history
