The main focus of this role is to grow and maintain our clients Education and Travel book by delivering new partner business through business development. The role includes management of a small team of key account managers and management, growth and profitability from existing partners.

Who we're looking for
• Extensive business development and affinity partnership experience<BR>• Solid Insurance experience(preferably travel)
• People development, management & leadership (small sales or business development teams)
• Relationship management (long term partnership development)

What's on offer
Basic salary between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience + Car + Benefits + Bonus
