Our client is a leading international law firm and as part of their commitment to IT, they are looking for a candidate with exceptional support skills to join their IT Team in London. You will be based on their helpdesk supporting over 700 staff, providing a combination of 1st & 2nd line support. We are looking for a bright and articulate individual with previous legal or professional services experience.

Who we're looking for
Experience with Outlook & Active Directory
Experience providing user support including troubleshooting of Microsoft issues
Good understanding of Windows 2000/XP and advanced MS Office 00/03 skills
Very strong interpersonal and team working skills
Professional Services experience (Legal experience desirable but not essential.
