Our client require an experience Learning and Development Consultant to re-energise our clients existing appraisal system.

Specific projects include:
1. Produce a position statement report on the application of the KSF system throughout the Trust
2. Update the KSF Recording systems to ensure that all KSF activity is recorded
3. Develop proposals for an integrated appraisal/KSF system
4. Train staff and managers to use the integrated system

Who we're looking for
Ideally the person should have experience of the NHS KSF system although experience of other competence based appraisal systems would be considered. The individual is likely to have worked in either the NHS or local government to be effective in this role.
An immediate start will be required for this post with the duration being in the region of 4-6 months
