As an integral member of the senior leadership team, you will influence and shape the change agenda by identifying opportunities to develop strategies to overcome obstacles. As a true generalist, you will coach the business leaders through the full HR life cycle, engage with centres of excellence, deliver key initiatives around pay and reward and champion succession planning across the region. Working in partnership with the Retail leadership team and managers, as HR Business Partner you will provide a responsive, effective and efficient HR service to further develop employees across the business. This is a regional role covering retail outlets in North London & East Region
Who we're looking for
You will be a proactive HR professional with a passion for retail and a natural ability to lead and inspire key stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Experience of facilitating and influencing large scale change is essential.

What's on offer
Between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience
