The Engineering & Health and Safety Manager will develop, manage and maintain all aspects of the engineering and maintenance for the factory, including facilities and the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
They will run an effective engineering and maintenance group to maintain, repair and improve all production equipment to a level meeting group and legislative health and safety and environmental standards, and able to reliably produce product at least to the agreed production level within the agreed manning levels. Maintain the facilities and building infrastructure to agreed standards. Develop, manage and maintain a Health and Safety and Environmental system that meets Group and legislative requirements, promotes a safety culture and minimises accidents and injury to all staff and visitors.

Who we're looking for
The Engineering & Health and Safety Manager will have an analytical and thorough approach to all tasks at hand.They must be innovative and very results and efficiency focused. The candidate must also be a strong communicator and have:
• NEBOSH Certificate.
• A background in implementing Health and Safety change and legislation.
• Management background within a maintenance/ engineering/ manufacturing environment.
