As assistant manager for this well known branded restaurant, you will assist the general manager in the day to day operation ensuring customer expectations are exceeded at all times.

Who we're looking for
Ideally the successful candidate will be from a food service background in branded restaurants or hotel environment and have experience of working in a standards focused environment. You must understand the importance of brand standards and be the type of person who injects passion and enthusiasm into everything they do.

About our client
Our client currently own and operate over 200 pizza and pasta restaurants around the UK. Each restaurant has a unique design to suit the character of the building and takes particular pleasure in restoring listed buildings or buildings of local interest.
