An exciting opportunity has presented itself to set up and run the Sales Department for a London based Facilities Management company. Reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process from initial lead generation through to drawing up commercial agreements. You will be tasked with driving the business forward, which may involve the hire and training of your team in the longer term. This is a very 'hands on' role, requiring excellent business development skills.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success in new business growth and will ideally have worked in an environment that requires tender and sophisticated contractual negotiations. They will be someone who can operate in an entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity to really take ownership of developing the business.

What's on offer
Salary up to £75k pa basic plus commission.
