As the Deputy Manager your Key Performance Indicators will be based around Quality Sales, Optimum Cost.
My client has a key focus on Customer Service and this will be a differing point from yourself and the competitors in the Marketplace.
You will report directly in to the Store Manager

Who we're looking for

• A candidate who has been a Team Leader of Deputy Manager in a Retail environment
• A candidate that is Customer Service lead
• The ideal candidate will be from a large shed environment and a recognised brand leader.

My client is a specialist on the Non Food Retail sector. They have continued to go from strength to strength in a market that they have a strong hold over.

What's on offer
Basic Salary between £19-£21k. There is an excellent Bonus and discount offer.
