In the role of Business Director, you will head up a number of brands trading across the Middle East. You will focus on the strategic brand development & business planning for their entire cosmetics offering. With this role with come complete autonomy overP&L delivery and you will have a major input into the development of their property strategy. There will be a large management team to lead/inspire and you will have to maintain/develop relationship with regional suppliers.

Who we're looking for
Key requirements-
• Thorough knowledge of retail (cosmetics/department stores a preference).
• Directorship experience of large retail networks.
• Strong commercial skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Great influencing skills.
• Comfortable managing complexity.
