My client is a global provider of Front Office software solutions with over $5 billion annual revenue and excellent reputation in the market place with their top tier financial services clients. They are currently looking for a 2nd line support analyst to join their support team of 6and provide desktop support to 900 staff in London. You will be responsible for desktop, network & server maintenance and will also have the opportunity to get involved in project work.

Who we're looking for
Experience supporting desktop & server environments, as well as maintaining networks
Experience doing backups/restores as well as imaging of desktops/laptops
A good knowledge of MS Windows XP, TCP/IP, & Outlook/Exchange
