The primary responsibility will be the execution of the sales objectives in the territory servicing mining, quarrying, geotechnical and construction markets in Ireland.
The role will involve
• Setting yearly targets for his Area involved together with the Sales Director Europe and make sure these targets are met.
• Delivering Net Zone Contribution for his market Area.
• Responsibility for total Sales and P & L for the area.
• The development and implementation of the Sales plan and growth strategy for the designated area, including identifying potential new customers.
• Developing and maintaining good and professional relationships with all and especially key customers and business partners.
• Ensuring that the Sales Rep's of possible local distributors and Agents in the respective area receive the necessary professional support to meet their objectives.
• Selling capital and consumable equipment tools to the mining , quarrying, geotechnical and construction markets.
Who we're looking for
Ideally the successful candidate will have a have had experience of working within a technical or mechanical sales environment i.e. mining engineering or construction engineering. Working in selecting distributors and agents would also be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and target driven, good communication and ability to build strong personal business relationships is essential.
Ability to motivate colleagues , set targets and follow up with executed plans.
