As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in the day to day operations of this busy full service restaurant. You will be responsible for all aspects from rota's, cost counts, training to recruitment.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be in a current position from a similar branded environment.You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service whilst supporting your team to drive sales. You will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams,an excellent eye for detail and a passion for offering the best customer experience.
