Our Client seeks a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join it's department in Sussex
Who we're looking for
You will:-
• be a qualified and competent Solicitor in Claimant Clinical Negligence work
• be competent in the firm's computer facilities and other systems as appropriate
• have a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care and managing staff
• be pleasant and positive manner in dealing with colleagues, clients and team members
• possess a flexibility and willingness to provide support as required to Partners and staff within the office
• have an ability to plan, organise and delegate to achieve the team's workload
• have a consistency in approach to work, managing staff issues and developing others
• have an ability to be a positive role model and lead the team by example
