Senior Lifestyle Product Delivery Manager

• To manage Lifestyle brands ensuring existing brands remain relevant and market leading through the development of new initiatives, concepts, units and destinations whilst remaining price competitive and proving high customer satisfaction.
• To manage all elements of operational roll out and forecast all relevant budgets in accordance with the guidelines set out by finance.
• To work with Lifestyle Product team to create successful new products and deliverables in order to keep a competitive advantage over the competitors.
• Initiate Lifestyle Families and Couples meetings ensuring all cross divisional activities relating to Lifestyle products / developments are consistent - planning, brochure and web content, press releases, marketing campaigns, retail promotions, purchasing and delivery in resort.
• Provide specialist product knowledge and support to resort teams including all briefing and training requirements.
• Strategic development and targeting of top line Brand Management concepts to refresh existing Lifestyle products through the introduction of new initiatives, concepts, facilities.
• Make conceptual ideas work in practise and evaluate and report back on feasibility of the development and proposal of new products and services.

Who we're looking for
• Proven track record of leading strategic change projects from concept to full operational roll-out.
• Experienced budget manager with evidence of managing a multi-functional role.
• Proven negotiation skills and excellent presentation skills.
• A thorough understanding of the Planning/Trading, Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations functions.
• Prepared to challenge fundamental principles and take appropriate action as necessary across all levels of the business.
• Action orientated, consistently delivers against target and pro-actively seeks opportunities for improvement to maintain our competitive advantage.
• A thorough understanding of Lifestyle products.
• Ability to manage short and long terms objectives and balance operational issues with strategic development.
