My IT/Telecom's client is looking for a strategic internal communications partner for a 3 month assignment.

Who we're looking for
Strategic Internal Communications Partner

• To audit existing communications channels in Customer Service
• Lead research to establish effectiveness of existing channels
• Coordinate methods of finding opinions of employees at all levels with regards to existing channels e.g. focus groups, interviews, surveys
• Make recommendations to improvements to existing channels
• Create a comprehensive report with these findings and suggestions to inform change
• Working with the senior communication team to achieve this
