Job Role
You will manage the whole life cycle of the core application of the company. As such you will be in charge of:
- Design: in co-ordination with the senior business analysts of the existing team, you will participate in the requirements definition and propose new functionalities in adequacy with the possibilities offered by the global application
- Development: you will co-ordinate the development team by fixing delivery times, managing priorities and proposing improvements
- Quality: you will define and set up quality standards and if appropriate implement automatic testing tools
- Training: you will formalise a global methodology and deliver training
- Support: you will provide and co-ordinate support to users and direct issues to the relevant person (technical or functional team)
You will also be responsible for the global satisfaction of the users proposing and managing service level objectives and service performance metrics.
Who we're looking for
- Master's degree In Information Technology or Sciences
- Ideally to have a similar position within commodity trading and proven experience in an international environment
- Technical background (Oracle) will be appreciated
- Good communication skills, client and quality-orientation, team player and team spirit, organisation and pragmatism
- Fluency both in English and French
