A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a high profile venue which occupies 2 floors within the hub of Glasgow's vibrant cosmopolitan capital.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the fine dining restaurant operation, ensuring that the guests receive excellent customer service at all times and maintaining their fantastic reputation. In addition, you will oversee all private dining areas and several functions suites, this is a high volume operation, requiring a dedicated and passionate individual who would be able to meet and deliver their high standards .

You will report directly into the Assistant General Manager, and lead from the floor, motivating the staff to achieve the best results at all times.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for an experienced, dedicated and professional individual who possess excellent communication skills, along with having a passion for service excellence and fine food.
• You will ideally be a Conference and Banqueting Manager from a hotel background or similar role responsibilities.
• Previous experience in delivering high profile events such as Weddings, Corporate dinners and Award ceremonies.
• You will have experience driving sales within your department as well as the running of large events to the highest standards.
• The ideal candidate must be very well presented and groomed, have a great eye for detail, ability to motivate, delegate and create a great working environment.

The starting salary for this position is £18,000 - £24,000
