This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Operations Manager Nottingham for a large blue chip brand within the Health & Beauty Industry. You will be responsible for
• A design agency to develop concept and detailed designs of the new solution, in the context of the vision for the brand.
o A manufacturer(s) to take the approved design drawings and develop these into technical drawings which can be used for prototype and then manufacture.
o A in-store trial of the new merchandising solution across a variety of formats, including undertaking consumer and operational tests
o Manufacturers to produce the new merchandising solution to the agreed specification and the agreed cost and timescales
o In-store implementation and communication / engagement plan that encompasses all of our store formats, over a specified period of time

Who we're looking for
To be a successful Operations Manager you will have an
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports and a cross functional team (which will involve internal and external people)
• Highly motivated
• Work at pace and to budget
• Passion and enthusiasm
• Ability to work within the timescales of a challenging project where the goal posts will and can change as the project evolves.
• Ability to manage and communicate with key stakeholders from varying functions around the business
• Ability to challenge the "status quo"
• From a merchandising/space planning background
• Retail experience is essential
