You will be tasked with managing the relationship with one key Retail client which will involve account management, up selling, training, new product launches and improving the relationship to ensure they are retained as a client.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven background in account management or relationship management gained in the retail or financial services industry. If your experience is form outside of Retail or Financial services then you should be able to demonstrate an interest in building a career in this sector. An understanding of marketing would be a real advantage as you will be holding relationships with Marketing Directors.
