Key Responsibilities•
• Drive development & delivery of multiple projects (inc. NPD) from concept to launch via cross-functional teams
• Budget Management
• Nurture strong commercial relationships & influence key stakeholders
• Contribute to the Group Marketing Manager's product strategy (including the identification and commissioning of consumer insights)
•Ensure allocated Database sectors are kept updated
•Identification & management of products falling below agreed hurdle rates, initiating corrective action, with the relevant parties via cross-functional team

•Coaching & development of the Assistant Brand Managers

Who we're looking for
•Degree Level qualifications (or equivalent)
• CIM qualification or equivalent skills/ experience within an FMCG background
• Proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional projects
• Able deliver when faced with uncertainty
• Strong Commercial Awareness
• Able to analyse and interpret data (esp costing)

• Strong communication & influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams
• Well-developed planning and presentation skills (to Senior Managers)
• Actively strives for best practice in business processes & systems
• Proven management of 1-2 direct reports
