Experienced and commercially aware Business Partner required to support a client base of c2500 people, and specially focusing on supporting the leadership team of c100 people. Responsibilities include;
• Acting as a key member of the business managing team, contributing and influencing the development of the agenda and strategy.
• Working closely with business leaders in identifying how HR can best support the achievement of business plans
• Taking HR lead on projects and change initiatives, both UK and internationally
• Coaching line managers in leadership, people management and HR related issues
• Planning the work force strategy including skills analysis, succession and talent management
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a commercially focused HRBusiness Partner with a generalist background and specific strengths around strategy and driving performance and capability within the business.
You will have strong influencing skills, and proven experience of coaching leaderships teams to deliver the business strategy and drive performance. Excellent customer and relationship building skills are essential for this role.
You will have previous experience of operating at a managerial level, as well as proven experience of leading on significant projects.
