This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Staffing Officer to join a large organisation as an integral part of theHuman Resources team. You will be responsible for overseeing thedeployment of contracted staff used, ensuring financial controls and staffing standards / procedures are adhered to at all times, along with being responsible for the training and induction of new staffing officers into the department. This is a very challenging role which requires the successful individual to be a well-organised team player.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will already have had some experience as a Senior Staffing Officer, and also had some exposure to Human Resources.Candidates from the Leisure industry are preferred and you must be able to commute to the west Midlands on a daily basis. You will need to be be IT literate, and have excellent communication skills, as you will be conversing with both internal and external customers on a daily basis, amulti-tasker with proven problem solving skills, have the confidence to deal with operational issues as they arise, and have the ability to assist in the planning of workloads.
