Customer Services Manager

To proactively manage the relationship betweencompany and key customers to deliver targeted revenues and profitability from those accounts and to lead Customer Service Team in the day-to-day activities surrounding SLA achievement and customer delight.

Who we're looking for
• Experienced Account Manager/Customer Service Manager able to manage multi function/level relationships at all levels and takes full ownership of the commercial aspects of the account; good grasp of business detail and financials.
• Proven track record of delivering growth within accounts
• Committed relationship manager, motivated by achievement of customer satisfaction and growth of the account; recognises and manages balance of customer demand withcompany commercial needs.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to lead and influence others internally and externally through personal impact versus position. Works collaboratively by nature

• Manages the entire lifecycle of high-value technology products in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. Last year, responded to over 7 million service events across Europe.

• The products and technologiesthey work with include mobile phones, MP3/4 players, PDAs, laptops and notebooks, satellite navigation systems, set top boxes, monitors and screens.

• They support products that are as technically challenging and security-sensitive as ATMs, Chip and Pin terminals and cash recycling equipment.


What's on offer
