Reporting to the engineering manager the role is to manage the assets of the plant ensuring all process availabilities issues, identified through OEE, are resolved. Efforts will be concentrated on both maintenance support and TPM activities to ensure the business objectives are achieved.

Who we're looking for
Educated to degree level, ideally you will be a multi skilled engineer witha proven track recordwithin a manufacturing organisation. You will have a track record of creating improvements and be a motivator of others, the business is looking for people who can make an impact with a view to future progression.

Our client is a leading manufacturer based in East Yorkshire. Due to a continued period of growth they now require a Engineering Supervisor.
