The role will consist of ensuring the technical team provides all planning, design and engineering services required by the business. You would be expected to undertake technical viabilities, manage external consultants, prepare site specifications, co-ordinate external design and geotechnical consultants and attend senior management meetings as required.

A strong and capable technical manager with proven abilities in delivery and management. Flexible and with a positive outlook it will be essential that you are able to set in place processes and procedures that will provide the framework for staff members to successfully work within. Comfortable at all levels of business you will be an influencer and motivator of people.
