Building Services Manager

A good man-manager is needed to head up a team of static and site based engineers and sub-contractors.
The aim is to achieve the highest level of service to the buildings occupants.
Service must be provided in the most cost efficient, technically competent and safe manner.
The role will include coordinating the day to day activities of labour and materials.
You will agree, attend and report on client meetings be the first point of contact for the client and any potential issues that may arise.

Who we're looking for
A responsible client facing individual, preferably have worked up through an apprenticeship and have have obtained a minimum of ONC
Computer literate, knowledgeable in administration and planned maintenance systems.
Sound knowledge of H&S and an approach to work to comply with the Company's Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety Legislation and Statutory Requirements.
Excellent man-management skills.
