Due to the current incumbant leaving the business, a position has arisen for a Finance Manager to join their head Office function but being responsible for one of their main sites. Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to finance the role covers all that you would expect from a role of this position within a manufacturing environment.
A hands on role covering weekly accounting, assessing capital projects, driving KPI's through the site, annual budgeting and forecasting and engendering ownership of roles from shopfloor through.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will be finalist or Newly Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
Analytical in your approach with an open, communicative style
A genuine keeness to understand the business and to ask without being asked
