You will be responsible for 5 Contracts Managers who in turn head up a team of engineers.
Managing budgets in excess of £3.5m for approximately 1000 stores ensuring profitability of contracts, contract add ons and selling extra service lines.

Who we're looking for
You must be at similar level with proven experience in operational FM environment and show you can control similar sized budgets.
Preferably with a technical M&E background and commercial acumen
