Procurement Executive - (Professional Services & HR)

With specific responsibility for the Professional Services& HR category you will assist with the design & delivery of strategies for goods & services within the Indirect Team of General Procurement from a competitively selected and managed supplier base, contracting to commercially robust and advantageous terms, which provides the lowest total cost solutions to the business to required timescales.
You will assist in the delivery of the General Procurement service and enhance its capabilities and skills to deliver efficiencies by automating or eliminating transactional/routine tasks and improving processes to enable higher value add activities, as well as challenging specifications and demand to ensure expenditure provides the best value for the Company, working with Business Partners to develop flexible sourcing strategies which optimise differentiating expenditure requirements and market dynamics.
Who we're looking for
You will have experience of sourcing/procuring finance, consultancy & legal/regulatory services for a large corporate organisation at a senior level with extensive experience of sourcing/procuring HR services particularly recruitment both professional & volume for a large corporate organisation at a senior level.
You will have a proven ability to produce complex Tender documentation including the use of e-sourcing tools for high value Consultancy & HR services.
