Building Services Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising an experienced direct labour maintenance team on all M&E installations and building services engineering systems.
Areas of responsibility include: water, gas services, large heating systems and low voltage power and lighting.

Who we're looking for
You must have a minimum of C&G Mechanical or Electrical Craft or Technicians Certificate, or equivalent, and have a good track recording Mechanical/Electrical maintenance.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills along with a strong commitment to service delivery will be vital.
