Section Manager

As a Section Manager, you will undergo an intensive 12 week training programme prior to taking control of your Section. Once in place, you will work closely with your line manager to deliver the service standards and product range that your customers have come to expect from the brand.

Who we're looking for
You will be capable of running your own Store or Section within a large store format. It is vital that you are able to manage effectively a volume driven environment and be used to all aspects of driving sales, reducing stock losses and leading and developing a disciplined team. This role will give you full autonomy to train and develop your team and drive YOUR business forwards.

What's on offer
Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 + London Weighting + Bonus
