Food led General Manager required for our client's supermarket franchise in the West Sussex Area.
You will want to take on very high levels of autonomy with complete control of the Store. The business expects you to have full ownership and to run the store like your own business. You will not be dictated to like one of the large multiples and you will be expected to thrive in that environment.
Who we're looking for
You may be an experienced Store Manager in your own right, or a Senior Manager within a large food multiple. You will want to run your store as your own business. You will relish the prospect of making your own decisions and look forward to working in an environment free of bureaucracy. You will have experience in:
• Performance Management
• Shrinkage Management
• Controlling Labour Costs
• Delivering fantastic customer service
