Senior Consultant

• Supports the Practice Lead: the Change Practice
• Account manages key client accounts to ensure projects are delivered within time and budget whilst meeting clients' expectations (minimum of one key account worth 250K per annum)
• Manages small teams of consultants / associates to deliver major assignments.
• Actively develops products and services to enhance product portfolio in key competence areas.
• Leads Business Development activity within a specific sector - seminars, articles, proposal generation, sales support, account development etc
• Technical expertise - maintains up to date knowledge in own area of expertise - trends, hot topics, R&D - to capitalise on opportunities and ensure that we retain our competitive advantage.
• Business Development - supports the PL in maintaining and growing client relationships to pursue and develop client opportunities and helps to create a strong pipeline of external consultancy opportunities through account management, marketing, networking etc.
• Proposition development - leads the development of proposition area in terms of market analysis, product development, sales and marketing strategy, resourcing and delivery.
• Project Management -manages implementation of key consultancy assignments - project commercials; client relationship management; quality control etc.
• Ensures that any IP developed is retained and stored on shared drive.

Who we're looking for
Previous experience in Change Management, Business Turnaround and Organisational Change consulting, both in terms of Leading Teams and Running Programs, but also in terms of Business Development and Revenue Generation
