As the Store Manager working in theLeicester you will report in to the Area Manager. You will work to pre defined key performance indicators and targets that are set on a monthly basis. You will deal with the recruitment for the store and the staff training. Most importantly you will create a positive customer experience within the branch.

Who we're looking for
To be a successful Store Manager in this Telecoms company you will need the following Skills:-
• A retail management background
• Exposure on managing a sales team that sell on a one to one basis
• A passion to train and develop staff members, thus enhancing their careers
